Squish360 ("we," "our," "the app") is an independent toy inventory tracker. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Account information: Email address (via Sign in with Apple), username, display name, bio, avatar, banner image, and app settings.
App activity: Tracked toys and categories, custom product submissions, hunting lists, found items, badges, pinned finds, muted products, muted stores, notification preferences, and poll votes.
Social content: Profile data, friend connections, block lists, story photos and videos, story views, story reactions, status text, and timestamps.
Messages: Direct messages and conversations, including photos or attachments shared in chat. Messages are ephemeral and automatically deleted after approximately 12 hours. Conversation metadata (participants, read indicators, typing status) is processed to deliver the chat experience.
Safety data: User and story reports you submit (including the reported content and reason) and block lists, retained for safety review and abuse prevention.
Purchases: Squish360 Premium subscription status and entitlements. Subscriptions are processed by Apple; we receive subscription state from Apple but never your payment card or billing details.
Device and notification data: APNs device token, a stable app-generated user identifier, quiet hours settings, notification cooldowns, and notification preferences.
Location: When you grant permission, we use your location to show nearby stores on the map, power Hunt Mode, and optionally send geofence-based alerts. Your location is used for app functionality and is never sold.
Product and store data: Products, stores, prices, restocks, sellouts, and inventory history collected from public retailer data.
We use the following services to operate the app:
Squish360 is family-friendly but not directed to children under 13. Accounts require users to be 13 or older. Children under 13 may use the app under parent or guardian supervision.
You can delete your account in the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account. If you cannot access your account, contact us at the email below. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, social data, and user-generated content. Some data may be retained as required for legal, security, or abuse prevention purposes.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or on this page.
