Squish360 is an independent, unofficial toy inventory tracker. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer (Target, Walmart, Five Below, GameStop, CVS, Walgreens) or any toy brand. All product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Inventory, price, restock, and availability data is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed. Stock can change rapidly — items may sell out between scans. Always confirm availability and pricing with the retailer before traveling or purchasing. We are not responsible for inaccurate inventory data or wasted trips.
Accounts are for users aged 13 and older. Children under 13 may use the app under parent or guardian supervision and management.
You are responsible for your account and any activity that occurs under it. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Squish360 offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID:
Prices may vary by region and are shown in-app at purchase. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
You may share content through stories (photo and video), direct messages, poll votes, reactions, and profile information. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to display it within the app.
Messages are ephemeral (auto-deleted after approximately 12 hours), but recipients may screenshot or otherwise retain content. Do not use chat to harass, spam, or share others' private information.
Squish360 is built for families, collectors, and toy hunters. Keep it friendly, useful, and safe. Do not post, upload, or share content that:
You may report profiles and stories within the app. We may review reported content, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent account termination.
Squish360 provides information about store inventory. When acting on this information:
Notifications and location features are informational only. You are responsible for your own safety and conduct.
The Squish360 app, design, and technology are our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app. Product names, images, and trademarks shown in the app belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account > Delete Account. If you cannot access your account, contact support@squish360.com.
Squish360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate data, or that the app will meet your expectations. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to wasted trips, missed restocks, or lost data.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
