Not getting notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Squish360 in your iPhone's Settings > Notifications. Also check that you haven't set quiet hours or muted the specific product in the app's Alert Preferences.

Store locations seem off on the map

We're continuously improving map accuracy. Store pins are geocoded from retailer data and improve over time. If a pin is clearly wrong, let us know the store name and we'll fix it.

Stock data doesn't match what's in-store

Inventory data comes directly from retailers and is scanned every hour (every 30 minutes with Premium). Stock can change fast — items may sell out between scans. We always recommend calling the store or checking in person before making a trip.

Managing your subscription

To manage or cancel Squish360 Premium, go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > Squish360. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account. This removes your profile, social data, and user-generated content. If you can't access your account, email us and we'll handle it.

Report a user or content

You can report profiles and stories directly in the app using the report button. Reported content is reviewed and may be removed. For urgent safety concerns, email us directly.
